Simply put, Brian is passionate about the car business. If there’s anything he’s learned from his 25 years in the business is that it’s constantly changing. His passion – as well as the ever-evolving business – led him to create Build-a-Brand in an effort to leverage social media to boost car sales.
Managing Partner and Chief Technical Officer of Build-A-Brand™
Ashley has spent the past 25 years improving business processes and software. He’s also been the architect of much change at both FedEx and Cooper Tire. He’s taken in his past experiences to build a platform allowing any business or salesperson to build their brand and business through a one-of-a-kind virtual automated selling system.
Build-A-Brand™’s Co-Founder and e-Learning Director
Drew began his career in automotive retail sales in 1993. Three years later, he left his position as GSM to launch DSM Training. He’s been in training and software ever since. In 2012, Drew launched VASS Pages, an automated customer reviews and social media selling solution built specifically for auto dealers. Then, in April 2015, VASS Pages merged with WebSpin 360, and Drew has been helping to build Build-A-Brand™ ever since.
Business Development & Training Director
Cameron grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas, and graduated from Midwestern State University. An early adopter of Build-A-Brand™, Cameron used the platform for less than five months. In that time, it took him from the bottom of the sales person leaderboard to the top. He replaced a great sales advisor who had held that position for 15 years. In that time, he also received upwards of 50 recommendations. Build-A-Brand helped him triple his sales in five months. He loved the platform so much, he decided to join it.
Director of Social Branding and CoachA seasoned automotive marketer with over 7 years’ experience, Amanda has worked with numerous dealerships and their salespeople to improve their online presence. She formulates strategic methods for social branding and assists dealers in implementing best practices on social media platforms. Amanda is strongly committed to supporting and connecting dealers with their customers on a human level.
Director of Social Branding and CoachErin began her experience in Digital Marketing 9 years ago at a pivotal point just when social media was on the horizon for businesses. She assisted in educating the Automotive Industry of its importance. Since her beginning stages, Erin has been successful in its ever-changing growth. She has worked with over 200 dealerships and understands the importance of branding.
Erin Ryan is devoted to being on the edge of up and coming progression in the digital space and continues her passion daily with Buil-a-Brand clients.
